Privacy Policy
01Overview & scope
MG Innovation Lab, Inc., doing business as Globaleur ("Globaleur," "we," "us," or "our"), provides AI infrastructure that helps travel enterprises turn traveler signals into personalized recommendations, commerce actions, and service experiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or evaluate our platform.
This policy applies to information we process as a controller — primarily marketing-site visitors, prospects, and business contacts. When we process personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer through the Globaleur platform, we act as a processor, and that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum and the customer's instructions rather than by this policy.
02Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for materials, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, role, segment, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our analytics providers collect device, browser, and usage information — such as IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction events — using cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties
We may receive business-contact and firmographic information from partners and enrichment providers to help qualify and respond to enterprise inquiries, where permitted by applicable law.
03How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide requested materials;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and platform;
- communicate about products, features, events, and service updates, subject to your preferences;
- conduct analytics and research to understand how our services are used;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
04Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (responding to your requests), legitimate interests (operating and improving our business, securing our services, and B2B marketing), consent (certain cookies and electronic communications, where required), and legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
06International transfers
We operate globally and may transfer personal information to countries other than your own. Where we transfer data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms, together with supplementary measures where necessary.
07Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Marketing-contact records are retained for three (3) years after the last meaningful interaction, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
08Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, network segmentation, and monitoring. Details of our platform controls are described on our Security overview. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact legal@globaleur.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message. For cookie choices, see our Cookie Policy. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10Children's privacy
Our website and platform are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
